- What if I want to return an ItemThe cost of return postage is payable by the customer and items will not be refunded/exchanged unless goods are received by us, with only the cost of the product being refunded and exclude the cost of postage liability will not be accepted for lost or damaged returned goods. It is recommended you ensure post goods for your own protection. Refunds will only be made to the original payment card.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. Please include your Order Number, Date of Despatch (found on your despatch note), the reason the product has been returned and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding your original delivery charge) or an exchange.
