- Returns/Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will charge or replace any item on the following basis only it must be returned by post contact email@example.com and we will instruct how to proceed.All goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Having not been worn, washed, ironed or have any of the tags removed.
Only goods received within the 7 days of the original posting to the customer will be exchanged. Failure to comply with this time frame will invalidate any rights to refund/exchange.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
- What if I want to return an Item
The cost of return postage is payable by the customer and items will not be refunded/exchanged unless goods are received by us, with only the cost of the product being refunded and excludes cost of postage liability will not be accepted for lost or damage returned goods. It is recommended you insure post goods for your own protection. Refunds will only be made to the original payment card.
